What is wrong with these expressions?

"Roger willco"
"Over and out"

The first expression contains the other, making the second unnecessary.

Roger = I understand
Willco = I understand and will comply. Don't need Roger when you say Willco.

Over = ending this statement
Out = ending this session. Out contains over. Over is unnecessary.
