The bad guy in
The Ghost and Mr. Chicken was played by Philip Ober. His lawyer was played by Charles Lane. Both of them rarely played good guys. However, in the episode of
Whirlybirds entitled "Bankrupt Alibi," Lane plays the good guy sheriff. Ober remains the bad guy.
