Any polka tunes in particular? Dad's bands through the years would always "mix things up" every once in a while and play some polkas in between the blues and standards sets. The dance floors would always fill up when that happened.
And do you know what he did to me with that CD!!!! As he left for work, he told one of the kids that it was their job that day to listen to the WHOLE thing all the way through. They always tried to do what he asked, but, you see, I happened to be the one home with that child all day!!! Torture, pure torture.

You don't have my support on that one.Yuck!
And I am glad that he is there where ever he is (probably work) listening to that and not here at home. I agree with Ceridwen

Sorry. Not my cup of tea. However, when accompanied by dancing dauschands(?), it can be quite enchanting. (I saw that once.)
I have a CD called Non-Stop Polka that has 25-30 tunes on it. All are just happy tunes.
