Fallen beauty

It was a lovely morning as I drove to work today. Clear and cool. I was impressed once again with the thought that if the earth contains such stunning beauty now, what must it have been before the Fall? This globe is now in effect as an old man, scarred and battered by the effects of 6000 years of sin. How beautiful the garden of Eden must have been before the curse was pronounced upon the earth!
