John Brown had some of the most memorable roles in radio history. He was Irma's boyfriend Al on My Friend Irma, the undertaker Digger O'Dell on The Life of Riley, neighbor Thorny on The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet, and the narrator Broadway on The Damon Runyon Theater. He did a wonderful job on all those characters.
