Mahler's 1st Symphony 2nd movement

Surely Mahler's First (the "Titan") is among the front rank of all symphonies. And probably the brightest spot (of many) in it is the second movement.

If you want to take about seven minutes out of your life and listen to some absolutely great music, go to this LINK and listen to and watch the Singapore Symphony perform this wonderful movement. (You will also be able to tell right off why old horn players love it.) There is some great camera work in this Youtube spot that really lets you get into the performance.
