Love Is News (1937)
This is a cute romantic comedy starring Tyrone Power and Loretta Young. Power is a reporter who writes sensational stories about millionairess Young, who turns the table on him by announcing that they are engaged and she is endowing him with lots of money. They fight throughout the movie, only to fall in love at the end - naturally.
