Evolution vs. the Periodic Table of the Elements

Evolutionists make much of the theory of Natural Selection, saying that one kind of organism evolved from another kind of organism because one was better fitted to its environment than others. But what do they do with the Periodic Table of the Elements. Do they claim that this masterful organization of matter "just happened" to be the way it is, with an orderly progression of protons, neutrons and electrons in each successive element? Since these are not organisms, natural selection can have nothing to do with it. So how do they explain it? How did Evolution come up with the Periodic Table? Evolution sure must be smart!

There is a lot of truth in that.

I find the non-living elements much easier for them to explain than living organisms as the latter is extremely more complex. As the theory goes, vast amounts of concentrated energy formed Hydrogen which fused with itself to form Helium and eventually over long periods of time all elements. Of course they can't account for the initial existence of energy without the sovereign "Let there be light, and there was light." I'm confident if there were a workable theory, all educated people would be well versed. As it is, there is only hypothesis and conjecture, without any verification or fundamental reason or basis outside of the Creator.
