Winter weather in unprepared areas

is for the (snow)birds. Just no fun at all. Yankees handle it much better than we do. They are accustomed to it and have all the machinery to handle it. Our snow removal department is a guy sitting on the tailgate of a pickup truck with a box of Morton salt. Not quite that bad, but it is not equipped to handle adequately a major storm.
