Tubby Frobisher and the Subahdar

These are two unseen characters constantly being referred to in the novel Ring For Jeeves, by Sir Pelham Wodehouse. They were the close friends of big game hunter Captain Biggar, and he quotes them in almost every conversation. "What is a subahdar? you may ask. He was the governor of a Subah or province in India.
